Who we share your data with

The Phive do not supply any personal data it holds about you to any other third party other than payment gateways such as PayPal etc. Data will be passed to the respective third party, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and your billing information. The Phive does not store or transfer your personal data outside the UK.

Your rights regarding your personal data

As a data subject you may have the right at any time to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data; to restrict or object to certain kinds of processing of your personal data, including direct marketing and to the portability of your personal data.

You are not obliged to share your personal data with us. If you choose not to share your personal data with us, we may not be able to register you as part of our membership or fulfil our obligations to you.
